About the Event:
The day will be exploring, in a very relaxed manner, emotion and the role it plays, not just in one's inner life but in the external circumstances of one's life as well. And perhaps even more importantly, looking at how one can use this knowledge to learn the lesson of a problem quickly, removing the energy from the situation at hand and enabling the circumstances of one's life to actually improve accordingly. (There is the saying 'As within, so without', and it's quite appropriate in this case.)
There will be periods of mindful meditation (with a small twist), and as much discussion and conversation as is required so people can really get a grip on the ever so simple, but tricky to grasp, understanding of what is occurring each and every moment, on a day-to-day basis, and has done every moment of their lives.
