Making Emotion Conscious - Leading to Spiritual Enlightenment

Nick will be describing the relationship between the emotions that arise from situations in our lives and the events themselves. And perhaps more importantly, how to use this knowledge to improve our life and grow in consciousness. 
 
During this fascinating and practical talk Nick shares how to:

•         Consciously face emotions as they arise
•         Work with life and take action as necessary
•         Become increasingly present and self aware
